1. I've been quite busy with non-work related stuff recently (we moved countries a few months ago) so I was really happy to be able to publish a blog post this week.

I'd love to expand what I've done so far adding image uploads to the R&R application, and of course document my progress.

2. I came across the idea of publishing your "fails" via Kenneth Larsen some time ago.

It might seem that us, senior engineers, get everything right the first time which might be really intimidating to developers with less experience.

The truth is far from this. One day last week I'd had spent a couple of hours trying to make something work and couldn't. As soon as I my head hit the pillow at the end of the day, I had an epiphany.
